The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy:
Cancellations and Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt,
unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
It must also be in the original packaging. A 45% restocking fee shall apply to all returns.
There are certain situations where no refunds can be granted:

  • Visible signs of use, or the customer trying to work on the machines, or having an unauthorized
    person to work on the machines.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our
    error.
    Refunds
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are experiencing issues with your
    product, send us an email at info@nuimagesolutions.com, Our tech support team will work with
    you to identify the problem and resolve it. If it is determined that your product is defective, and
    the warranty is still valid, you will be provided with a pre-authorization code to return your item.
    Once your defected item is received, a replacement will be shipped to you.
    Once your return has been approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
    you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
    rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
    will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
    costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost incurred to ship the item to you will
    be deducted from your refund. Once your return has been approved. Once it is received and
    inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    You must use Old Dominion Freight company with trackable shipping service and purchase
    shipping insurance, whether you are returning for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible
    for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
