How to Clean Your Nu Image Solutions Machine

  1. Weekly Maintenance: Blow out the side white air filter weekly using air only (no water).
  2. Water Extraction: Remove water from the machine to clean the drip tray filter and carbon bag weekly.
  3. Dry Components: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reinserting them.
  4. Check Filters and Lights: Inspect the AB filter and UV light in the bottom tank.
  5. Regular Filter Changes: Replace filters regularly and check the inside of the caps for cleanliness before placing them back.
  6. Handle with Care: Carefully remove the bottom tank to avoid damaging wiring.
  7. Use Machine Water Only: Do not use tap water to clean parts or filters, as it can contaminate the machine and void the warranty. Use water from the machine instead.

Important Notes:

  • The frequency of filter changes depends on the machine's environment.
  • Failure to change pre-carbon filters within the first three months voids the warranty.
